I never thought I could get my family to love kale until I made kale chips.
It might sound odd but really, they are easy
and quick to make and you can season them with your favorite seasonings and it satisfies the salty and crunchy texture that we love from chips.
Both of my girls have enjoyed them no matter what the seasoning.
You can just do a simple salt and pepper seasoning to start and massage the leaves with olive oil. The sky is the limit on the different types of kale chip seasoning you can use so be creative! Here’s my asian kale chips recipe.
Tamari sauce is a version of soy sauce that has a stronger flavor so less is more. I just bought myself a big jug of it here because I use a lot of soy sauce in my house. This is a fabulous price for the amount and this brand uses NON GMO soy and is gluten free.
Bon appetite!
